Our Board

Members of the Board of Directors (the “DHTT Board”) have a critical role in setting the culture and values of the Danbury Hat Tricks Elite Girls Hockey by their actions or inactions as to matters of performance, ethics, integrity, USA Hockey compliance, transparency. Our Board structure is a working system for principled goal setting, effective decision making, and appropriate monitoring of compliance and performance. Our goal as a Board is to operate in a manner that creates real value to Girls Hockey, assures that the Danbury Hat Tricks Elite Girls Hockey  participants / and parents  receive the full value promised in their contracts, These guidelines are to be updated periodically to maintain an exemplary model for Board governance.
